Work Outline: In charge of HR & Admin Department
Duties & Responsibility:
•Responsible to all function of HR & Admin department
•In charge of setting up company for recruiting plan and company manpower strategy
•In charge of controlling company rules and regulation
•Managing the administration function such as office management, company car & driver control, document filing, other general affairs, including salary calculation (plan in future around 100 persons)
•Manage team and support HR officer such as manage employee’s information, recruitment, payroll (PND1, PND91, Social Security Fund, Provident Fund), Visa and work permits for Japanese staffs, other HR tasks
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Thai nationality, male or female, age 30-40
•Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, HR, other related fields
•At least 8-10 yr. exp. in Admin / HR
•Able to communicate in English language
•Have experience in Japanese company at least 5 years
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Workplace Area: Sathon (BTS Surasak)
Working Hour:8.00 – 17.00 (Mon – Fri)
