Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Labor and Legal Matters: Respond to employees’ basic inquiries regarding labor and legal issues (e.g., when SL or PL can be taken, how much the provident fund can be received upon resignation, etc.).
- HR System Review: Redesign and improve the current evaluation system, which is perceived as subjective and unclear, by creating appropriate evaluation frameworks tailored to each department (e.g., Sales, Operations).
- ISO14001 & Committees: Engage in ISO14001 activities and participate in the Safety and Welfare Committees (ideally with prior knowledge, but catch-up is possible if there are unclear points).
- Other tasks assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience in HR/admin in the Manufacturing industry
- At least 1 year of management experience as a Manager
- Having experience in Labor & Legal to answer employees' questions
- Having experience working in a Japanese company
- Conversational middle of English to communicate with the Japanese director
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having experience with ISO 14001
