Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Managing attendance and clock-in/out - Calculating and submitting payroll and Provident Fund - Recruitment, hiring, training, onboarding and offboarding procedures - Facility management (air conditioning, buildings, alarms, etc.), security management - Employee welfare - Company policies - Office equipment management - Management of drivers, vehicles, commuting buses, housekeepers - Occupational health and safety management - Other duties as defined by the company.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 5 years as HR Generalist field with subordinates management - Experience background in Manufacturing field - Must experience in Payroll - Safety management (ISO 9001) - Labor management (handle production labor staff) - Conversational High in English (communicate with Japanese report line) <In detail> - Someone who can think his/her opinions from the company's perspective rather than the employee's. - Someone who is compromise and values to build good relationships with coworkers. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Immediately or Early join candidate - Japanese language ability
