Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> (1)HR ・Handle payroll: staff data preparation, salary calculations, bank transfers, and salary slips. ・Manage SSO: new staff registration, monthly payments, resignation notifications, Kor Tor 20/26. ・Manage PVD: registration, monthly contributions, contributution percentage changes, and resignations. ・Pesonal Income Tax tasks: employee tax filings, documents (Lor Yor 1, PND.1/1 Kor, Tawi 50, PND.91), and tax ID issuance. ・Prepare HR documents: employment contracts, probation letters, salary/employment certificates. ・Manage welfare insurance for Thai staff. ・Support Japanese expats: visa, work permit, fast lane, and overseas travel insurance. ・Assist with general recruitment activities. (2)Admin ・Support expatriates with apartment contracts, deposit returns, temporary housing, rental payments, expense clearance. ・Manage office administration: name cards, uniforms, hotel bookings, office supplies, water service, courier (OCS), signboard tax, Xerox maintenance, and safety-related trainings. ・Oversee company car operations including contracts, maintenance, parking, insurance, car wash packages, delivery, spare keys, highway fees, and Easy Pass. ・Coordinate driver management: OT, schedules, payments, health checks, holidays, contracts, and hiring. ・Handle maid contract administration.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in any field. - At least 5 years of experience as the primary person in charge of HR & Admin functions, able to handle duties independently. - Solid hands-on experience in payroll data preparation, SSO/PVD administration, personal income tax coordination (including expatriates), and work permit/visa-related procedures. - Experience in general administration, including expense verification, office supply management, and supervision of support staff. - Conversational high level of English (For internal communication with Japanese expats) <Details> - Ability to take swift action and manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Adaptable, and able to work flexible hours. - Quick learner, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills, a cheerful attitude, and creativity. - Capable of working under pressure and maintaining patience. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Able to communicate in Japanese
