Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Recruitment & Interviews Handle recruitment and interviews mainly for production workers and administrative staff in indirect departments. - Hiring & Onboarding Prepare employment contracts and related documents, lockers, uniforms, employee ID cards, and attendance scan registration. Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees. - Training Records Management Maintain and update training records, including OJT records during the probation period. - Attendance Management Check attendance records, overtime, and related data, and input information into the HR system. - Employee Welfare Administration Organize welfare committee meetings and manage employee benefits such as condolence or celebration allowances. - Training Planning Develop training plans and follow up on employee training programs. - ISO Documentation Management Maintain and update documentation related to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards. -Other tasks as assigned by report line.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 1 year working experience as HR and admin in any filed. - Knowledge in Thai labor law. - Proficiency of using Microsoft Office <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in business filed. - Working experience in manufacturing companies
