HR (25K-40K) (SDG-24867) <Job Responsibilities> Overall of HR tasks (Payroll, recruitment, personnel system etc.) Build the personnel system with general manager Direct monthly processing of company payroll for all employees Support Japanese staff to Visa, work-permit etc. In charge of employee rules, Laws, and regulation Handle recruiting process, from planning, interview, to orientation new staff Other tasks as assigned to support the management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Female, age 26-35 years old Bachelor Degree At least 3 years’ experience as HR especially payroll and Visa work-permit Good command of English (Internal communication) Computer skills (MS Excel, Power Point and Word) Strong self-motivated and energetic person Be patient Can think and act by myself. <Preferable Skill / Experience> Excellent interpersonal skill Good command of Japanese Having experience of building the personnel system Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: MRT Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 25,000–40,000THB About the company Products: Owner Parking &Multi-stories Mechanical parking Business Type: Other Construction / Real Estate
