Work Outline Responsible for all functions relating to Human Resources
Duties & Responsibilities:
Make a training program for each position, and analyze effect and continue to improve it (Main Responsibility).
Provide the training for new and existing employees.
Developing and revising employment program and benefit to be better
Have a responsibility to recruit employee in timeline, and contribute to maximize our man power effectively.
Make a hiring plan according to company business strategy for the future
Revise company rule to make more good organization
Provides assistance in labor negotiations and assists in analyzing the impact of negotiation proposals and contractual agreements.
Assists management in labor contract negotiations.
Makes recommendations for changes to existing policies to ensure compliance with new or proposed regulations.
Investigates and responds to disciplinary matters.
Developing effective relationships with the business to promote good employee relations across the organization.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female only, Age 30-35 years
Bachelor’s degree
More than 4 years’ experience in HRM/HRD
Experience in Japanese company
Able to commute from home to company within 1 hour
Preferable Skill / Experience
Good command of English
Working experience in big company
Languages skills
English: Preferable
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Huai Khuwang
Working Hour: 08:30 – 17:30 ( Mon – Fri )

Salary: 30,000-40,000THB Negotiable
