Horeca Sale Assistant Manager - Manager (Japanese Speaking) (35K–50K) (SDG-85811) ฝ่ายขาย Horeca ระดับผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ - ผู้จัดการ (พูดภาษาญี่ปุ่น) <Job Description> - Responsible for developing Business Plan & Sales strategy for Horeca channel & department to achieve growth in Market share, achieve Budget, volume & revenue while ensuring profitability in line with Company's Objectives. Including forecast generating with accuracy. - Build good customer relation of self & the team to ensure customer satisfaction, which helps in maintaining existing customers including Horeca and Japanese contract customers. - Periodical reviews of Volume/performance with customers, give feedback on the achievement of volume targets set in the contracts and discuss collaborative solutions to achieve growth and report to Sales Director. - Signing new accounts, by watching the market closely and by engaging sales team in this process. - Responsible for running consumer promotions, monitoring pack performance, and reviewing with customers. - Assist Supervisor to clear payment disputes, customers, to ensure smooth operation. - Analyzing competition market scenario, market behavior pattern & reporting the same to senior management / Director to develop action plans. - Find innovative solutions to meet customer requirements and achieve company’s goals. - Maintains records of contracts, marketing activities, pricings, etc. - Adheres to all company policies, procedures and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. - GP monitoring to make sure it's aligned with company direction - Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 35 years old - Bachelor's degree - At least 3 years experience of B2B Sales, Sales planning (Any business) - Sales planning/analysis skills with ability to control number (sales, profit, expense) & being Logical thinker - Supplier management experience with good communication, negotiation skills - Good Japanese command (communicate with Japanese customer) - Good English command - Hold driving license and own car - MS Office (Especially Excel, Power point) - Respect company's rules, willing to achieve assigned tasks and be professional with other persons <Preferable Skills / Experiences> - Experienced of Food & Beverage (Horeca or 'Chain Store' sales channel field) - Experience of Coffee Business - Early or Immediately join Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : Conversational Workplace Area: MRT Ratchadapisek Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday (Saturday working :None)) About the Benefits 35,000–50,000THB About the company Product & Service: Imported Syrup, Coffee Machine, Coffee Beans, other coffee products Business Type: Food / Beverages
