Job Description

•	Coordinate with interdepartmental head for collecting job factor data and conducting Job Safety Analysis to identify job-related hazards including practical ways of preventive measures and sequence of safety working process for interact with Loss Control Management System and submit to the employer 
•	Examine workplace conditions and provide with suggestion to employer the proper practice in conformity with bylaws.
•	Assesses occupational health and safety risk of jobs and suggest necessary action to Employer in time.
•	Create company strategic occupational health and safety plan at the workplace.
•	Advise employees in the workplace working in according to the safety rule and regulation and the manual.
•	Audits and evaluates the workplace conditions i.e. Boiler, Building; or proceeding this through coordination with outsource, or with the institution registered and recognized by the concerned authority.
•	Investigate cause of injury, sickness, or agitated incident that caused by employees' working and reports the result of investigation including provision of corrective measures to the employer without delay.
•	Manage the Safety Man Award and encouraging the program continuously and in accordance with the company policy
•	Establish key performance indicator (KPI) for Safety Staffs based on the company's policy and target
•	Maintain safety training plan including emergency drill in according to the terms and conditions stipulated bylaws
•	Maintain liaison with local authorities i.e. Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Labor, and Municipality concerning 12. Essential permit bylaws, including development of social relationship with local communities
•	Coordinate training needs with interdepartmental management ensuring effective planning is carried on and timely

•	Manage safety, occupational health through SHE Committee and company policies.
•	Determine and create proactive plan to eliminate job hazards in the workplace and monitoring it continuously
•	Perform other duties as may be assigned

Working Hour:  8:00-17:00 (Saturday Working: None)




Job Requirement

•	Age 27-37 years
•	Male only
•	Bachelor's degree major in Occupational Health & Safety
•	Has Professional Safety License
•	5 years’ experience working as Safety Officer in any industry
•	2 years' experience in Chemical company
•	Knowledge in ISO45001. and (PSM: Process Safety Management) is a must
•	English conversational middle (Good command in spoken and written)
•	Literally in all work- related law and regulations, including Thai formality of official correspondence
•	Bor Chor license is preferable
