<Job Responsibilities>
- Ensure cold storage operations comply with all regulatory requirements, including temperature control and sanitation standards.
- Monitor and maintain the cold chain process to prevent product spoilage or quality degradation.
- Lead safety and hygiene training specific to cold storage handling for all team members.
- Manage teams to deliver above target results in the areas of Safety, Quality, Customer Service, Costs, People Engagement, and
Continuous Improvement, with accountability for the whole order fulfillment cycle from Goods Receipt/Inbound, Put-away, Picking,
Packing to Dispatch.
- Promote and ensure a consistent, fair, and robust approach to the implementation of people policies and procedures.
- Be obsessed with standards so the people and facility fit the Company Brand.
- Ensure the continued professional development of your area of responsibility investigation team, to include the identification of
suitable individuals in longer-term succession planning.
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Production, Manufacturing, Engineering, Warehouse, and Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in temperature-controlled cold storage or frozen goods environments in the F&B industry
- At least 5 years of experience at the Manager level or higher
- Experience managing logistics teams of 50 to 200 employees, or leading mid-sized operational teams.
- Knowledge of cold chain logistics, including food safety standards and temperature monitoring systems.
- Ability to manage workforce and operations under strict hygiene, safety, and temperature compliance requirements.
- Conversational high of English [used in communication with Koreans, MD]
- Strong skills in MS Office, specifically Excel & PowerPoint, and Google Workspace

- Interested in developing skills in logistics systems, warehouse automation, and efficient team management within a fast-paced
distribution centers.
