<Job Responsibilities> - Preliminary cost and indirect cost preparation - Applying a deep understanding of the construction technical sequence - Working under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a competitive tendering environment - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and regulatory changes that may impact construction costing - Other assigned task by management level.
Job Requirement
<Necessary skill/experience> - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field - At least 5 years of experience in cost estimation in the construction or engineering industry. - At least 3 years in management level (with subbordinates) - Conversational high in English (To communicate with headquarters, e-mail, and documents) - Deep knowledge of the Thai construction supply chain, including local suppliers, subcontractors, cost structures, and pricing trends. - Strong analytical and financial skills with high attention to detail, especially in construction cost evaluation <In details> - Good general knowledge of the construction business and industry practices - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a competitive tendering environment - Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with construction stakeholders - Proficiency in cost estimation software, spreadsheets, and project management tools commonly used in the construction industry - Required skills: Collaboration, Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Analytical Skills, and Research & Strategy <Prefer Skill / Experience> - Experience in a working environment in a Japanese company - Experience in procurement or familiarity with procurement processes within the construction field (an advantage)
