Head bartender (35K-37K) (SDG-79511) หัวหน้าบาร์เทนเดอร์ <Job Responsibilities> - Welcome customers with high quality hospitality and serve highball - Be in charge of purchasing of whisky and soda - Manage stock, make new highball recipe and calculating cost of new recipe, register purchase records by excel - Report daily sales to Japanese management - Management of team members - *Lead team members and communicate with them well - Other tasks assigned by Japanese management members - *Currently there is only 1 bar at Thong Lo, but Company plans to open new 2nds bar in BKK (Place: TBD). You may be in charge of 2nd bar in the near future. <Necessary Skills / Experiences> - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 28-35 years old - Bachelor’s Degree - More than 1 year of experience as bartender and serving highball - Conversational middle - high level of English (Internal language is English) - Have basic skill of MS office, Excel - Personality: have ability to be a good leader - *Guide team members and frequently communicate with them - *Hospitality for customers and team members <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Management experience as leader Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Thong Lo, Bangkok Working Hour: 3:00-12:00 (Mon-Sun (2 days off day) Shift working style [1: 03:00-12:00 / 2: 16:00-01:30) About the Benefits Salary: 35,000–37,000THB About the company Product & Service: Bar which Serve highball and Japanese meals Business Type: Restaurant / Hotel
