Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Conduct GAP analysis between Halal standards (Thailand, Indonesia, and other applicable countries) and company practices, and implement required actions in coordination with relevant departments. - Review, revise, and continuously improve company procedures to ensure compliance with Halal standards and related regulations. - Provide consultation, guidance, and technical support on the Halal system and related quality management systems. - Study, interpret, and monitor Halal regulations of different countries as well as customer-specific requirements. - Prepare Halal audit plans, audit schedules, and compliance documentation. - Plan and conduct Halal awareness and training programs for employees at all relevant levels. - Plan, conduct, and lead internal audits for Halal standards (e.g., CICOT, BPJPH). - Coordinate and manage external audits with customers, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities. - Lead and support audits related to Halal and quality management systems (Halal, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, etc.). - Collect data, prepare audit and performance reports, and support Management Review Meetings. - Manage Halal certification and re-certification processes for Thailand, Indonesia, and other markets as required. - Verify production processes for each shipment and prepare Halal-related export documentation. - Verify raw material inspection processes and prepare related reports. - Conduct Good Hygiene Practices (GHPs) assessments in production areas and follow up on corrective actions. - Monitor, manage, and follow up on Corrective Action Requests (CAR) and Preventive Action Requests (PAR) from internal and external audits. - Support and participate in continuous improvement projects related to quality and food safety systems (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, BRC, etc.). - Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Science, Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience in Halal system implementation and food safety/quality management systems in the Food/Packaging industry - Holding Halal Supervisor Certificate from BPJPH. - Solid understanding of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, GHP, HACCP, and related standards. - Conversational middle level of English (For business communication, both internal and external) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Strong knowledge of Halal regulations and standards in Indonesia. - Knowledge of international regulatory standards related to food export compliance.
