Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> This position is primarily responsible for handling Japanese customers. - Welcoming guests, check-in and check-out procedures, and cashiering duties - Responding to customer inquiries - Supporting back-office tasks such as reservation management - Handling phone calls - Coordinating with other departments such as housekeeping - Other tasks as assigned This role operates on a shift system, with working hours generally rotated on a monthly basis. (9 working hours per day, including a 1-hour break, 2 days off per week) Example shift patterns: Morning shift (starting at 8:00 AM) Afternoon shift (starting at 2:00 PM) Night shift (starting at 10:00 PM)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 1 year of experience in a customer service, front desk, concierge, or related position - Conversational high level of Japanese to speak with Japanese customers(N3 up) - Conversational middle-high level of English to speak with English native customers <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Having experience working in a hotel as a Front desk staff member
