Guest Relation Executive and Medical Interpreter(JP) (50K–65K) (SDG-111640) เจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงานแขกและล่ามทางการแพทย์ (ภาษาญี่ปุ่น) <Job responsibilities> Reception tasks - Communicating with customers who come to the clinic - Letting customers to fill some documents Interpreter tasks - Communicating with customers and Doctor - Translation from Thai to Japanese, when Doctor would like to tell about medical care to customers - Translation from Japanese to Thai, when customer would like to ask or tell about something to Doctor *For the first month, you have training. - Lectures (textbooks, vocabulary lists, business manor training, etc.) - Tours (on-site training, medical tours) - Roleplaying skill - Other tasks assigned by Japanese MD <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> หน้าที่ต้อนรับ - การติดต่อสื่อสารกับลูกค้าที่มาใช้บริการคลินิก - ให้ลูกค้ากรอกเอกสารต่างๆ หน้าที่ล่าม - การสื่อสารกับลูกค้าและแพทย์ - แปลจากภาษาไทยเป็นภาษาญี่ปุ่น เมื่อคุณหมออยากเล่าถึงการดูแลทางการแพทย์ให้ลูกค้าฟัง - แปลจากภาษาญี่ปุ่นเป็นภาษาไทย เมื่อลูกค้าต้องการสอบถามหรือแจ้งเรื่องต่างๆ กับคุณหมอ *เดือนแรกจะมีการฝึกอบรม - บรรยาย (ตำราเรียน, รายการคำศัพท์, การอบรมการจัดการธุรกิจ ฯลฯ) - ทัวร์ (ฝึกอบรมภาคสนาม, ทัวร์ทางการแพทย์) - ทักษะการเล่นตามบทบาท - งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก MD ชาวญี่ปุ่น
