Work outline: Corporate with other group network in same company
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Assist Japanese Manager in cooperate for quarterly meeting and report coordinating with another group company in Thailand
Ø Work effectively as HR Generalist to update and maintain data of Group Company
Ø Other related jobs such as contact related manager on HR activities, training program management, HR related consulting will be assigned
Ø Support Head Quarter for checking / translate document which will be used for communicate through Group Company
Ø Coordinate with regional head office in Singapore for training and HR activities
Ø Coordinate with external parties for group activities and support
Ø Provide travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, flights or booking transportation and accommodations both travel upcountry and oversea
Ø Organize papers to ensure timely arrangements of immigration visas and other issues related to expatriate employment
Ø Other as be assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Female, age 25-30 years.
Ø Bachelor Degree
Ø At least 3 years of working experience in HR generalist
Ø Able to collaborate and communicate with people at all levels and interact with a diverse group of individuals and personalities
Ø Must work with confidential and sensitive information and situations confidently
Ø Good command of spoken and written English
Ø Ability to work independently, work under pressure and service minded
Ø Good personality and high responsibilities
Preferable:
Ø Understand Japanese Business Culture
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)

Salary: 25,000 – 35,000 THB including all allowance
