Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Design graphic materials as assigned, including social media posts, banners, advertisements, posters, and brochures - Create graphic content for online marketing channels - Develop artwork for marketing campaigns, promotions, and events - Edit and revise designs based on feedback from the marketing team or clients - Ensure all design outputs align with the company’s Brand CI and guidelines - Stay up to date with current design trends and apply them creatively to projects - Coordinate with marketing, sales, and related teams to deliver effective visual communication - Handle other design-related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or any degree related. - At least 1 year of experience in creating graphic designs in the healthcare industry - Conversational middle level of English (For Media, Email, Documentation). - Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills (Video, Graphic) - Proficient in graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 or N1 level - Able to start work immediately
