Work outline: Engineering management in all utility (Electric, Water, Steam, Hot oil, Air etc.) to production.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Support production in all utility (Electric, Water, Steam, Hot oil, Air etc.) supplies and maintenances.
Manage and develop engineering manpower, utilization and outsources.
Budget control for mechanical and equipment maintenances (monthly/yearly)
Manage Engineering plan related to company policy and overall plan.
Manage and control the repairing and maintenance costing/expenses.
Determine purchasing orders (repairing and spare parts withdrawal)
Determine and improve work procedures effectively.
Control and manage subordinates, work attendance and evaluation.
Coordinate with other Dept./organization.
Other assigned work by Director
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality only, male, age 45-50 years old
Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering field (Mechanical engineering is preferable)
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in engineering
Good command in English both spoken and written.
Good leadership skill, management skill, honest, positive
Good relationship building and teamwork.
Preferable Skill / Experience
Have a License for Professional Practice (ใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมควบคุม
Languages skills
English: Conversational level (TOEIC 600 if any)
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Bangpu
Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8:00 a.m. – 17:00) and some Saturday (On duty)
About the Benefit
Salary: 60,000 – 80,000 THB
