General Manager (Hospital Product Division) (100K-300K) (SDG-78951) ผู้จัดการทั่วไป (ฝ่ายผลิตภัณฑ์โรงพยาบาล) <Job Responsibilities> • Ensuring effective account management by both Direct and Indirect channels in their assigned territory on a quarterly basis, with specific action plans depending on customer type. • Identifying and resolving customer issues and concerns when required. • Possessing a deep knowledge of the market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies and proactively develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly. • Developing key strategic customer relationship management. • Creating and implementing effective direct and Indirect sales strategies and operational plans and lead the sales team towards the achievement of the company wider sales objectives. • Be responsible for tender and pricing competition by arranging with various department in hospital • Driving business planning process, including sales management and budget control. • Providing leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary • Identifying distribution coverage gaps and setting up adequate distribution channels. • Establishing effective relationships and collaborations with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, etc.) to address key business issues and opportunities. • Ensuring effective hiring, orientation, training, development and retention of sales staff • Developing competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization • Maintaining a high personal level of the wider industry and business knowledge • Driving the use of analytic to enhance sales forecasting and strategy formulation capabilities. • Providing support to audit processes and quality management systems as required. • Educating and training your team to become professional team • Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experiences> - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 40-50 years old - Bachelor’s degree - At least 5 years of sales experience to hospital in health care industry - At least 3 years of management experience - Conversational high level of English - Has had extensive experience developing and executing tactical sales plans, including quotas and account objectives. - Person who has successful experience of tender and pricing competition experience - Person who has strong network with hospitals or clinics - Person who has strong negotiation skill - Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong analytical skills. - Advanced presentation and negotiation skills - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Able to work independently and as part of a team with a high level of time management skills. <Preferable Skills / Experiences> - Working experience which handled disposable equipment - Working experience in budget management Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: MRT Wong Sawang, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri (Sat: None)) About the Benefits Salary: 100,000–300,000THB About the company Product & Service: medical devices and pharmaceutical products Business Type: Medical Equipment
