Management Sales office of the company with top management

In-house Bearing(For Automotive, Construction Machinery, Industrial Machinery)

Manage the growth of our sales team and brand.
Support to top management regarding corporate planning, discussion with engineering sector, Infiltrate the strategy to workforce
Ensures quality delivery of our products to customers and ensure customer satisfaction and upkeep a group of motivated workforce.
Prepare Management Reports and prepare the Strategies for quarter’s business plan and yearly business plan.
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Thai Nationality Only, Male or Female Age: 45 – 50
Bachelor Degree in Mechanic or any related field
Experience of manage team
Able to communicate in English language in conversational to business level
Experience of work in Construction Machinery or Industrial Machinery field at least 10 years.
Strong strategic mindset and business acumen
Good analytical & communication skills/Resourceful and initiative
[Prefer]
Experience of handling Bearing.
Languages skills:
English: Business level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS / Surasak
Working Hour: 08:30 – 17:30 (Monday – Friday)
About the Benefit
Salary: 90,000THB – 110,000THB
