Job Description
• Accountable for everything from typical managerial tasks such as sales maximization, ensure profitability and execute strategies to build, lead and motivate a team of about 100 plus employees • Full profit and loss responsibility, by KPI’s and strategic plans that ensure revenue growth in existing accounts and businesses • Build, develop, motivate, and retain a winning functional team to meet business goals and objectives, maximize productivity, aggressive sales, and growth • Lead and drive Sustainability initiative and 3Cs: Customer first, Cooperation and Communication • Accountability for overseeing individual direct report activity including Production, Quality, Customer Services and Sales team located in Thailand. • Business development activities to grow revenue and profits, including developing strategic relationships with stakeholders, prospects, customers, and suppliers • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operations, sales, costs, and results • Provide reporting as required to both the Asia and Global Corporate headquarters in Sweden • Team player who thrives on deadlines-driven project and deliver under pressure • Report to Japanese president • The other works assigned by Japanese president Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri, Saturday: 9:00-13:00 *every 2 weeks)
Job Requirement
• Age 40-53 years • Male preferred • Bachelor's Degree in business administration or Engineering, logistic or related major • At least 5 years' experience as top management level in manufacturing factory • Business high level of English • Knowledge thermoforming Plastics packaging or hard disk, semiconductor, Electric & Electronic industries. • Knowledge of paper corrugated foam packaging and wooden crate • Experience of Complete Packaging Solutions (CPS) business • Experience of new sales development in manufacturing industry
