<Number of employees : Total: 280 Local: 275 Japanese: 5 > <Report Line: Accounting manager (TH)> <Team Member: 2 persons > <Number of Subordinates: None> <Products: Lost wax precision casting > <Clients: Japanese manufacturing company, Thai company > <Saturday Working: Every other Saturday > <Position Objective/Expectation > - Responsible for GL Session. <Job Responsibilities> ・Controllers AR, AP, and Journal Ledger: (Winspeed Program). ・Prepare Tax form P.N.D. 3, 53, 54, P.P.30, P.P.36 and P.T.40 ・Prepare data payment by Internet banking and pay by cheque ・Issues Tax Invoice, Receipt, Credit Note, Debit Note, Billing Note: Local and Oversea ・Register fixed asset and depreciation for GL and Cost each section (write off, sold asset) ・Preparing all details to support Financial Statement ・Bank Reconcile, Reconcile P.P.30, P.N.D.1 ・Prepare Sale Amount ・Adjust the list at the end of the month and support to Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor’s degree in Accounting ・Working experience 3 years in accounting role in manufacturing company ( especially small parts of metal) ・Have experience using Winspeed Program ・Have BOI experience ・Advance conversation middle level in English
