Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> -Handle all administration, Visa, and work permit -Apply for a visa, work permit, and 90-day report for expatriate staff and foreign staff, Non-B visa -Filing, sending government documents such as DBD, Revenue, SSO, etc. -Manage contracts for building, company car, and maids -Manage and support office maintenance, inventories, welfare and benefits, and purchasing office supplies and equipment. -Arrange and prepare materials for Shareholders' Meetings -Handle communication service providers for renewing contracts -Coordinate office maintenance, cleanliness, and repairs -Manage document control, including incoming/outgoing mails, important forms e.g. -Share certificates, duty stamps, and postage stamps -Coordinate with government agencies and external partners as required -Other tasks assigned in related jobs
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree (or Master's degree) in a related field. - At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office management role - Fresh graduated welcome - Strong attention to detail and excellent document management skills - Good coordination and teamwork abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) <Preferable Skill / Experience> -Conversational low level of English communication skills *Use internal for reading email and communication -Working experience in the Finance/Banking industry
