Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Reception & Assistance: First-line support for calls, visitors, and customer assistance.
- Procurement & Office Supplies: Manage office printing, equipment, emergency kits, and kitchen supplies.
- Membership & Subscriptions: Process approvals for memberships, subscriptions, and service fees.
- Expense Management: Handle payments, petty cash, reimbursements, and month-end closing for GA expenses (2 group companies).
- Office Equipment Maintenance: Ensure functionality of office devices and supplies.
- Marketing & Customer Support: Organize gifts, floral arrangements, and customer-related items.
- Business Travel Support: Coordinate air tickets, hotels, car rentals, and travel insurance for staff.
- Security System Management: Oversee SECOM contracts, alarm monitoring, and related records.
- Additional Support: Assist colleagues, expats, and perform other assigned duties.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 2 years experience in General Affair field (any business background)
- Conversational High in English (Handle reception, internal communication, documents, email etc.)
- Good command in MS Office

<In detail>
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to work effectively under pressure

<Preferable skills>
- Experience in SAP B1
- Both experience background in General Affair and Reception
- Experience in Leasing business
- Holding High TOEIC score.
- Early join candidates.
