General Affairs Officer (Japanese Speaking) (35K-45K) (SDG-22971) <Job Responsibilities> Producing general documents or presentation materials Making E-mail correspondence, announcements and notifications Providing general administrative assistance as needed within the department Maintaining filing system for reference material Coordinating department's administrative function Process purchasing for Software Department Maintain data for inventory control of company assets, office stationary and software licenses Support GMs/Japanese employees in software department for Coordinating communication and correspondence in English, Japanese and Thai for both written and spoken communication Air ticket, Data Roaming and hotel reservation Document translation Support other assignments up on request Manage overall tasks and given an advice to subordinates in daily work Identify the issues and solve the problem in team
Job Requirement
