Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Oversee and manage the company shuttle bus system, including coordination with contractors and monitoring employee transportation. - Supervise and manage the smoking area registration system. - Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with food factory requirements. - Manage and maintain the cafeteria’s QR code system. - Supervise laundry room operations and housekeeping services. - Coordinate and support both internal and external audits, as well as company CSR activities. - Oversee and coordinate waste management, including general and recyclable waste handling. - Manage and monitor Personal Hygiene programs to prevent contamination from employees to food products. - Perform other general administrative and facility-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 2 years of experience in General Affairs, Admin, Coordinator or Safe in a manufacturing environment. - Conversational Low level of English (Internal verbal communication, Email, Document) - Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use. - Strong coordination skills, high responsibility, and ability to work well under pressure. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or other related fields. - Experience with internal/external audits will be an advantage. - Experience in a Food manufacturing - Experience in a Japanese company
