Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Oversee and manage general affairs functions for the factory and office operations - Manage HR and labor administration matters, including attendance management and coordination with external consultants - Handle administrative tasks such as company regulations, contracts, documents, and office supplies - Manage facilities, utilities, company vehicles, and overall office/factory environment - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations - Supervise and develop general affairs team members - Act as the point of contact for administrative matters with relevant authorities - Perform other duties as assigned by management ※ Occupational health and safety responsibilities are handled by dedicated team members; related certifications are not required for this position.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in any related field - At least 5 years of working experience in General Affairs, Administration, or related fields - Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and administrative practices - Conversational middle level of English to communicate with Japanese MD <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in a managerial or supervisory role - Japanese skills for reading/writing - Experience working in a manufacturing company (experience in Japanese or international companies is preferred)
