Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Accounting & Finance - Handle monthly payment processes - Record expenses and issue invoices through the accounting system (Use ECount and QuickBooks Program) - Prepare monthly reports (expenses, revenue, cash flow, etc.) - Coordinate with accounting firms and auditors for financial statement reviews and audit support 2. HR & Labor Management - Handle HR-related documentation - Process visa and work permit applications for foreign employees 3. Legal & Compliance - Prevent legal risks in cooperation with consulting firms - Prepare and manage documents related to company establishment, taxation, and employment matters - Communicate and educate employees regarding legal compliance and company regulations 4. Sales Support & Customer Service - Arrange event venues and related logistics - Prepare customer-related documents (including translation into the local language and reporting to HQ) 5. Coordination & General Administration - Coordinate with vendors and business partners - Manage office administration - Support tasks assigned by supervisors and team members
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 5 years of work experience in Accounting, General Affairs, or Admin from any industry - Have experience in managing monthly payment processes (Issue Invoice, Billing Payment Request, Payment Processing, Record & Reconciliation, etc.) - Conversational High Level in Japanese and English for communicating with the Japanese report line and reporting to the Japanese management with JLPT N2 up - Effectively use Microsoft 365 applications such as OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, etc. for daily operations. <Details> - Able to work across countries, not limited to responsibilities within their own country - Willingness to proactively learn new systems <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in accounting - Can start working immediately - Can use ECount and QuickBooks Program <Work Environment & Training> - Centralized Working System - On-the-Job Training (OJT)
