Work outline: Responsible to all HR and Admin task.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø  Responsible for overall HR & GA functions such as Recruiting, Payroll, etc.

Ø  Controlling and preparing Japanese management VISA & Work Permit documentation.

Ø  Assist in planning and scheduling a variety of meetings and events for the purpose of meeting the needs of the group’s companies, department and employees.

Ø  Prepare all meeting documents and coordinate with the concerned parties

Ø  Overseeing day to day running of the HR & GA tasks

Ø  Other task as assigned by superior

 

Qualifications:

[Must]

Ø  Thai nationality, Female only, 26-34 years

Ø  Bachelor’s degree in any related field

Ø  At least 3-5 years experienced in Admin and Human Resource

Ø  Good command in English

Ø  Able to work under pressure (time, people)

Ø  Experienced working in Japanese company is preferred

 

Preferable:

Ø  Working in Japanese Company will be advantages

 

Languages skills

English: Advanced Conversational level

Japanese: None

 

Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsi

Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.30 (Mon-Fri)
