Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Handle general administrative tasks, Safety tasks, and support overall office and factory operations
- Coordinate with government authorities (e.g., Labor Office, Industrial Estate Office)
- Maintain and improve the factory environment and facilities
- Monitor and support safety-related tasks in the factory, such as PPE checks, safety signs, equipment inspection, and basic compliance
- Coordinate with external vendors and outsource service providers
- Manage the purchasing of office supplies and general items for factory use
- Other GA-related tasks as assigned by supervisor or management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Science
- At least 1 year of experience as a Safety Officer or GA with safety experience in Manufacturing
- Fresh graduates with safety internship experience are welcome
- English communication middle level (able to communicate via email and basic conversation)
- Basic knowledge or interest in safety management in manufacturing or factory environments
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
