Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Ensure compliance with labor law and related regulations. - Oversee facility management, including buildings, premises, and office environment. - Manage subcontractors and service providers related to facility operations. - Support and maintain ISO standards and related documentation. - Handle general affairs tasks to ensure smooth daily operations of the organization. - Prepare reports and documentation as required by management. - Other GA-related tasks as assigned by supervisor or management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field. - Experience minimum 3 years in General Affairs or related functions in Manufacturing. - English communication middle level (able to communicate via email and basic conversation) - Basic knowledge or interest in safety management in manufacturing or factory environments - Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) - Legal knowledge, understanding of labor law - Facility Management, building, premises, and subcontractor < Preferred skills> - Experience from Japanese Manufacturing
