Work outline: Responsible for overall General Affair tasks to enhance the smoothness of the communication and work flow of the company
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Responsible for overall general administrative and human resource roles as well as acting as leader/supervisor to the team
Ø Coordinate with internal and external client for import & export operation documentations
Ø Participate and coordinate with management in relation to all human resources management and labor law activities
Ø Contact with FDA ministry of health for registration and other related document
Ø Overseeing day to day running of the HR & GA tasks.
Ø Responsible for overall payroll for company staff
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female , age 30-45 years
Ø Bachelor’s Degree
Ø At least 2-5 years’ experience in HR&GA functions
Ø Knowledgeable in import and export documentation
Ø Good command of Microsoft office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ø Flexible and adaptive to new environment
Ø Lively and motivated personal who can be the reach to all members of company
Preferable
Ø Experience with FDA registration
Ø Experience in medical manufacturer company
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Preferable (Conversational Level N3)
Workplace Area: (Office) Rama 3
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday-Friday)

Salary: 40,000 – 50,000 THB exclude allowance
