Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage daily GA operation such as office facilities, welcome guest, drivers and maid related, etc. - Coordinate and manage meeting room schedules, ensuring all facilities are prepared and ready for use. - Act as a representative of the Purchasing Department in handling operational processes. - Handle administrative tasks, including travel arrangements (air tickets, transportation, accommodation for guests), office supplies, stationery, and office renovations. - Assist to HR & GA department to maintain and update documents, reports and personal data files according to related policy (document management, PDPA, purchasing etc.) - Provide support HR & GA according to employee service, i.e. annual health checkup, renewal of health and life insurance, air ticket and accommodation for business trip, company recreation activities and etc. - Liaise with related government agencies or 3rd parties for documents preparation and on-site-online contact, - SSO, Labor Department, Department of Business Development, Immigration office, Vendor and etc. - Assist to top management for documentation such as business trip, accommodation, reimbursement expenses within the companyand/or head officeand etc. - Assist to Accounting & Finance department to recheck documents that related expenses claims before record in system. - Provide support to any ad hoc task
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields - At least 1 year of experience in GA/Administrative in any industrial - Conversation high level in English,both Speaking and writing (for communicate with Japanese member) - Computer literacy (MS Office) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - TOEIC score over 500 will be advantage - Working in Japanese company <Personality> - Open to learn new task - Good sense of people Management, responsibility and supportive
