 Work outline: Responsible for overall secretary tasks to support JP president as well as supporting Human Resource and General Affairs

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø    Secretary of JP President
Ø    Translate Japanese-Thai-English and vice versa
Ø    Responsible for administration of cars, drivers and office supplies
Ø    Responsible for all documentation related to VISA and BOI
Ø    Support human resource related role such as revise regulation, welfare, benefits etc.
Ø    Support general affair task such as arranging company event
Ø    Other task as assigned

Qualifications:
[Must]

Ø    Thai nationality, Male/female, Age 25-32
Ø    Bachelor degree
Ø    Fresh Graduates are welcome but prefer those with experience more
Ø    Knowledgeable and/or experience in general affair and human resource
Ø    Knowledgeable and/or experience in secretary
Ø    Good communication skills
 
Prefer:
Ø    Working experience in Japanese company
Ø    Understanding of Japanese working culture


Languages skills
English: Business Level
Japanese: Business Level (N2)
 

Workplace Area: MRT Lumpini
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri)
