Work outline: Responsible for all functions relating to Human Resource and Administrative Tasks to participate and coordinate with management in relation to all human resources management and labor law activities
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop HR system such as Performance evaluation, Rule & Regulations, Employee relations, Fringe benefit, and Payroll system
Managing & prepare all company Important Meeting activities.
Provide support to Management for any ad-hoc duties and projects
Support several accounting tasks as assigned
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/female, age above 40 years old
Bachelor Degree
At least 5 years’ experience in administration and/or human resource related fields
Experience in supervisor / manager level
Good knowledge in Labor law
Understand KPI and Competency
Computer literacy (Excel, MS words)
Preferable Skill / Experience
Accounting Knowledge
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Surasak
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:00 (Mon - Fri) * work on Saturday 2 times/ month
About the Benefit
Salary: 60,000 - 80,000 THB negotiable
