Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> Responsible for organizing instructions from Japanese expatriates, prioritizing tasks, managing progress, and overseeing general administration and office operations across the organization. - Organize, prioritize, and manage tasks and instructions received from Japanese expatriates - Communicate instructions to office staff and follow up on execution status - Handle first-level responses to inquiries from clients and related parties - Support expatriates with external coordination (vendors, landlords, service providers, etc.) - Conduct attendance checks and support daily operational management Oversee general administration and coordinate with external consultants - Other tasks assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 3 years of experience in general administration, operations management, or back-office roles - Experience working in Japanese companies - Conversational high-level of Japanese communication skills (for internal and external communication) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Conversational middle-level of English - Experience coordinating with external vendors or partner companies
