Work Outline: Responsible for general administrative tasks
Duties & Responsibility:
General administrative such as checking invoice, preparing documents for company’s expense, preparing purchasing documents, scheduling meeting
Managing and routing office communications, letters and documents
Perform a variety of other office tasks as assigned from supervisor
Perform to support the superior to manage all admin and operation task in Division
Qualifications:
[Must]
Female, 23 – 30 years old
Bachelor degree in any related fields
At least 2 -3 years of experience in General Admin function from any industries
Mature with a serviced mind
Fast learner
Good command of English
Good command of computer literacy
[Prefarable Skill]
Good interpersonal skills
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Workplace Area: Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:00 (Monday to Friday)
