Work outline: Responsible for all tasks related to GA and Admin

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø  Support in GA function

Ø  Schedule management of general manager

Ø  Support for business traveler from various countries

Ø  Translate various documents from Thai to Japanese and vice versa

Ø  Manage petty cash and coordinate with the accounting firm

Ø  Contact HQ in Japan and branch in Singapore for company registration and other tasks

Ø  Attend in internal conference for training in Singapore or Japan 1-2 times per year

Ø  Other tasks as assigned

 

Qualifications:

[Must]                                                     

Ø  Thai  Nationality , Male/female, age  22-32 years  old

Ø  Bachelor’s degree

Ø  More than one year experience in any field (Admin, Secretary, GA, and HR will be welcome)

Ø  Advanced Conversational Japanese (N3 up)

Ø  Advanced Conversational English

 

Preferable:

Ø  Experiences in GA and new set up company

 

Languages skills

English: Advanced conversational level

Japanese: Advanced conversational level

 

 

 

Workplace Area: MRT Phaholyothin

Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00
