Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> -Supporting of Japanese employee, such as Visa extension, work permit,90day's report. -Going to the embassy in Bangkok and applying and picking up some documents *need to drive the company car during business hours -Organizing and maintaining office equipment, assets, furniture, and stationery -Managing company documentation, including contracts and administrative files -Supporting internal recruitment processes (e.g., job postings, screening, and interview coordination) -Assisting with the preparation of employment contracts and onboarding documents for new hires -Collecting and managing HR-related data (e.g., attendance and leave records) -Following up with new employees during their probation period -Performing other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Having a bachelor's degree in any industry - At least 1 year of experience as govrment officer, Secretary, or related job in any industry *Fresh graduates are welcome - Able to drive and have their own car or motorcycle - Conversational middle level of English to communicate with Japanese Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Proactive person who can take ownership of their tasks <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Having experience in supporting Visa, work permit, 90-day's report for foreigners ・Concersational middle level of Japanese
