About this Job
Work outline: Full spectrum of general administration, welfare, agreement, general support etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Responsible for overall general administrative and human resource roles as well as acting as leader/supervisor to the team
Ø Participate and coordinate with management in relation to all General Affair task
Ø Responsible for Welfare, Insurance(Employee relation) Canteen and manage all facilities
Ø Follow-up the General Affairs budget.
Ø Develop, implement, and keep updated all the General Affairs related policies.
Ø Manage and oversee all the contracted General Affairs service provider (facility management, procurements, etc.).
Ø Control service meeting room, stationeries supply, cleaning maid, reception, drinking water,
under company’s policy of management
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
Ø Bachelor degree
Ø At least 5-10 years’ experience in GA function or related filed
Ø Excellent interpersonal skill, service mind, well-organized, good personality, can work under pressure, communication skill, coordination skill, leadership skill and good attitude
Ø Flexible and adaptive to new environment
Ø Lively and motivated personal who can be the reach to all members of company
Ø Good command of Microsoft office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational level
Workplace Area: BTS Bangna
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri) ***Work on Saturday average 18 days/Year
