Work Outline In charge of HRM & HRD and admin functions and also managing 3 subordinates
Duties & Responsibilities:
Recruiting, training and developing staff
Monitoring staff performance and attendance
Creating and filing application of work rules and regulations, Benefit programs, Welfare, Labor Regulation
Providing designing, developing and implementing trainings and development programs to improve employee's skills
Contacting with BOI for applying Visa and Work Permit
Arranging Company trip, Insurance and Support Japanese Employee
Managing 3 subordinates
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female only , age 35-40 years
Bachelor’s degree in any related field
Having HRM experience in Japanese company over 3 Years
Having experience of recruiting
Having experience of GA
Good command in English or Japanese (Business level)
Preferable Skill / Experience
Having experience of applying Visa and Work permit for BOI
Working experience in middle size company (50-200 people)
Languages skills
English: Business level
Japanese: Highly prefer
Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsi / Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17.30 (Mon – Fri)
