<Job Responsibilities> - Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs. - Handle all administrative issues includes related to manage company regulations, company license and certificate, Affidavit, Article of Incorporations and so on), approval form, compliance committee, legal matters(contract) - Corporate Governance Coordinate Board/Shareholder MTG-Regulations between Regional Headquarter and Subsidiary - Secretary for BOD meeting, AGM/EGM, and MC meeting, Compliance - Take care of Company Insurance - Visa and Work Permit - Expat Apartment, businesses trip - Facility management, maintenance of lands, buildings, cars, company equipment, office maintenance. - Coordinate driver’s assignment, control office vehicles usage, toll fee, gasoline consumption and maid. - Event and Project Support
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field. - At least 10 years of GA experience - At least 2 years in a management - Experience of involved of BOI, BOD meeting, AGM/EGM - Conversational High Level in English (To communicate with Internal) - Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across departments. - Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. <Preferable Skill> - Master’s degree is a plus - Japanese language - Visa and Work Permit
