Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Track macroeconomic conditions, digital asset market movements, and relevant industry news daily - Monitor the performance of all active investment mandates and analyse portfolio data to identify improvement opportunities - Verify and confirm daily netting and rebalance calculations, and execute the resulting trade plans - Execute digital asset and stablecoin trades through the company's brokerage partners using best execution methodology - Oversee fund transfers and digital asset custody movements, ensuring proper approval workflows are followed - Drive investment execution as the primary initiator within the firm's Maker/Checker governance framework - Select and propose assets for the Asset Universe, and review mandate parameters including asset allocation, rebalance rules, and risk ceilings on a quarterly basis - Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the firm's investment strategy through periodic reviews of investment principles, asset selection criteria, and mandate frameworks - Carry out further tasks as directed by the CIO, or other ad-hoc matters as may arise due to the fast-paced nature of fintech/blockchain startups
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field - At least 3 years of experience in portfolio management, trader, or investment analysis - Strong understanding of digital asset markets, blockchain technology, and cryptoasset valuation - Familiarity with order execution platforms, OTC trading workflows, and custody solutions for digital assets - Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (Python, Excel, or similar) - Conversation Middle in English (For formal document from external parties) <In details> - Ability to work under pressure with tight daily deadlines - Able to work independently if required, and learn quickly and adapt to different roles in a growing team - A sense of urgency, pragmatism and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate investment concepts to internal stakeholders - Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment, with the willingness to contribute beyond your core role <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Proficiency in coding or AI tools for automation, monitoring, and reporting is highly preferred - Experience with risk management frameworks and dual-control authorization workflows (not required but preferable) - CFA designation or progress toward CFA (not required but preferable) - Experience with SEC-regulated fund management in Thailand (not required but preferable)
