Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Lead FRP engineering team. - Manage subordinates - Manufacture molded products using fiberglass and resin combinations - Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and materials used in molding processes - Ensure product quality in accordance with company standards - Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment - Support production activities and collaborate with team members to meet timelines - Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the molding process - Other assigned tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - High school graduate or above - At least 5-year experience as fiberglass engineer or related experience. - At least 5-year management experience as leader or assistant manager - Knowledgeable in all FRP/Fiberglass and printing operation - Experience of instructing technical advice to subordinates - Proactive person who can take ownership of their tasks <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Working experience in competitor company. - Fluent/Business level of Japanese or English
