Front desk staff (Chinese speaking) (28K–33K) (SDG-117250) <Job responsibilities> - Welcome guests and Assist with Check-in, Check-out, and payment processing. - Handle cashiering duties, including issuing invoices and processing transactions. - Provide attentive customer service to hotel guests, addressing inquiries and requests in both Japanese and English. - Assist with reservations and other front desk administrative tasks as needed. - Answer and manage telephone calls from guests, providing information and assistance. - Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. - Occasionally Support Back-office operations, such as booking Management and report preparation. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 24 - 30 years old - Bachelor's degree - At least 1 year of experience as a customer service, front desk, concierge, or related position - Conversational high level of Chinese to speak with Chinese customers - Conversational Middle-high level of English to speak with English native customers <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Having Experience of working in the hotel as a front desk staff Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng Working Hour: 8:00-18:00(Shift-based work schedule (9-hour shifts per day + 1-hour break, 2 days off per week); Morning shift (starting at 8:00 AM), Afternoon shift (starting at 2:00 PM), Night shift (starting at 10:00 PM).)
