Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Strengthen business collaboration with existing IP Business partners - Develop strategies and drive the Area Franchise Model - Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with new franchise partners - Plan and execute new store openings across multiple countries in Asia - Analyze market potential, customer demand, and competitive landscapes in each country - Develop and refine revenue models, cost structures, and investment models
Job Requirement
< Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in any related field. - At least 5 years in Franchise Management/Business Development/Overseas Expansion with multi-country work experience in Asia - Business-level in English and Japanese for communication with multiple countries in Asia <Details> - Strong market analysis and numerical analysis skills - Willingness and ability to travel overseas as required - Flexible mindset with the ability to make strategic decisions in multicultural environments <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Have experience in the Regional Role - Have experience in developing Area Franchise Models/IP Businesses is a plus
