Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Monitor on-site construction work to ensure alignment with project plans and design specifications. - Inspect and verify the quality and completeness of each phase before handover. - Coordinate effectively with engineers, subcontractors, and field staff. - Control the usage of materials and equipment to ensure cost-effectiveness and proper application. - Report progress, issues, and proposed solutions to the supervisor in a timely manner. - Inspect and enforce safety protocols for all on-site personnel. - Provide clear guidance and technical support to technicians and laborers on site. <งานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย> - ควบคุมงานดูแลงานภาคสนามให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน และแบบที่กำหนดไว้ - ตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยของงานก่อนส่งมอบงานแต่ละขั้นตอน - ประสานงานกับวิศวกร, ผู้รับเหมาย่อย, และทีมงานภาคสนาม - ควบคุมการใช้วัสดุและอุปกรณ์ให้เหมาะสมและคุ้มค่า - รายงานความคืบหน้า ปัญหา และแนวทางแก้ไขให้หัวหน้างานทราบ - ตรวจสอบและควบคุมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของผู้ปฎิบัติงาน - ให้คำแนะนำแก่ทีมช่างหรือคนงานหน้างานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ <Position Objective/Expectation > - Plan a construction (Manufacturing project). for determining the overall construction plan and materials used in the project control and inspect the process of construction, decoration and supervision of painting work that operators can work according to the specified standards.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Vocational Certificate (High Vocational) or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Electrical, or related fields - At least 2 years of experience as a Foreman, Site Engineer, or Civil Engineer in the construction field - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints - Knowledge and understanding of construction works and know how to estimate cost. - Basic English skills (for reading documents) - Flexibility to work on Saturdays and Sundays (depending on the project) - Willingness to travel to construction sites in central and nearby provinces: Bangkok (middle area), Saraburi, Ayutthaya, Lopburi, Korat, Pathum Thani, and Nonthaburi - Own car and driving license <Personality> - Responsible, proactive, and able to work well under pressure - Good leadership and teamwork communication skills <คุณสมบัติที่จำเป็น> - วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา ก่อสร้าง ไฟฟ้า หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง - มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในตำแหน่งโฟร์แมน, วิศวกรภาคสนาม หรือวิศวกรโยธาในงานก่อสร้าง - สามารถอ่านและตีความแบบก่อสร้างและแบบโครงสร้างได้ - มีความรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับงานก่อสร้าง และสามารถประเมินต้นทุนได้ - มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษพื้นฐาน (ใช้ในการอ่านเอกสาร) - สามารถยืดหยุ่นในการทำงานวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์ได้ (ขึ้นอยู่กับโครงการ) - สามารถเดินทางไปยังไซต์งานในพื้นที่กรุงเทพฯ ชั้นกลาง และจังหวัดใกล้เคียง เช่น สระบุรี, อยุธยา, ลพบุรี, โคราช, ปทุมธานี, นนทบุรี - มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและใบขับขี่ <บุคลิกภาพ> - มีความรับผิดชอบ มีความกระตือรือร้น และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี - มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ และสามารถสื่อสารกับทีมงานได้ดี
