<Job Responsibilities> - Overseeing and coordinating automation engineering teams , technicians and operators to ensure machine assembly and production operations run safely and efficiently. - Delegating tasks to technicians, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring machinery aligns with the company's precision robotics and automation standards. - Modify and improve PLC programs for Kaizen activities or to enhance machine efficiency - Supervise installation, repair, and preventive maintenance (PM) of electrical and automation systems - Analyzed and troubleshot machinery and automated electrical system issues - Coordinated with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance departments - Able to work in shift schedules when required, including day shift (08:30–17:30) and night shift (20:45–05:45) for urgent tasks. .
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related fields. - At least 1 year experience as foreman, technical service, production engineer from manufacturing industry (CNC, Electric Welding & Cutting Machine) - Conversational middle level of English (Internal communication such as report, e-mail, documents) - Able to use PLC (Mitsubishi, Omron, Seimen) and AutoCAD 2D/3D - Able to work in shift schedules when required, including day shift (08:30–17:30) and night shift (20:45–05:45) for urgent tasks.
