<Job Responsibilities> - Explore the area to assess problems at the job site before starting work. - Plan a construction project. For determining the overall construction plan and materials used in the project, control and inspect the process of construction, decoration, and supervision of painting work so that operators can work according to the specified standards. - Coordinate with the sales department and the supplier to control the work site. - Make a report summarizing work information after finishing each project. - Supervise the quality assessment of the responsible projects and report the results to the executives. -Take care of cleanliness. environment within the project and carry out the safety within the project in accordance with the construction safety standards. หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน -สำรวจพื้นที่เพื่อประเมินปัญหาที่ไซต์งานก่อนเริ่มงาน -วางแผนโครงการก่อสร้าง โดยกำหนดแผนการก่อสร้างโดยรวมและวัสดุที่ใช้ในโครงการ ควบคุมและตรวจสอบกระบวนการก่อสร้าง งานตกแต่ง และควบคุมงานทาสี เพื่อให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงานทำงานตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด -ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขายและผู้จัดจำหน่ายเพื่อควบคุมพื้นที่ทำงาน -จัดทำรายงานสรุปข้อมูลการทำงานหลังจากเสร็จสิ้นแต่ละโครงการ -กำกับดูแลการประเมินคุณภาพของโครงการที่รับผิดชอบ และรายงานผลต่อผู้บริหาร -ดูแลความสะอาดและสภาพแวดล้อมภายในโครงการ รวมทั้งดำเนินการรักษาความปลอดภัยภายในโครงการให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยในการก่อสร้าง
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - High diploma in Civil or related field. - At least 1 year of experience working as a Foreman, Civil in the construction field. - Knowledge and understanding of construction works and know-how to estimate costs. - Flexibility to work on Saturday & Sunday (depends on project) - Have a driving license and own a car. - Be responsible, Able to work as a team, and able to withstand pressure very well is preferred ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น -วุฒิประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (High Diploma) สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธาหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง -มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปีในตำแหน่งหัวหน้าคนงาน (Foreman) ด้านงานโยธาในแวดวงก่อสร้าง -มีความรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับงานก่อสร้าง รวมถึงสามารถประเมินค่าใช้จ่ายได้ -มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงานวันเสาร์และอาทิตย์ (ขึ้นอยู่กับโครงการ) -มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์และมีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว -มีความรับผิดชอบ สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี และสามารถทนต่อแรงกดดันได้ดี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
