Work Outline: Lead foreman staff and control quality of interior design
Duties & Responsibility:
•Create working schedule for workers
•Place order for needed equipment
•Measure strength and weaknesses of workers
•Hire workers when needed with consent of management
•Reprimand workers when found wanting
•Assign appropriate tasks to workers
•Ensure that workers are up and doing
•Ensure that work is always in good progress
•Keep management updated on project development
•Make sure that works are completed on or before deadlines
•Ensure that safety of workers is guaranteed at all times
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Thai Nationality, Male only, Age 26-35
•Bachelor’s degree in construction field
•Experience in leading and controlling foreman staff at least 2 years
•Have car and driving license
•Good command of English
•Have leadership skill
[Prefer]
•Have knowledge in Interior
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Workplace Area: Srinakarindr Road, Bangkok (10 mins taxi from Airport Link Hua Mak)
Working Hour:8.00 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday)
About the Benefit
Salary: 20,000-25,000 THB/ Month (Excluding allowance)
